After a successful due diligence process, i-digital offers professional services. Our team of experts is ready to start working on implementation of strategies on day 1 after the acquisition. Typically, our engagement extends for a period of 3 to 12 months post-acquisition.

Additionally, we support the company in hiring the necessary expertise to ensure all critical functions are covered even without our involvement.
